Terms of use and conditions

Through this document it is intended to guide new clients in the process of making an order with Art-W Studio. Below is a breakdown of the different sections to be covered. You will find very precise policies due to the very specific nature of our business.

The first thing to confirm an order, since we work with the first-in / first-out system, we will need a deposit of 50% of the total. In this way we already have the realization of your order and you can have the minis available until the last moment. If it is necessary to purchase the models, 100% corresponding to the cost of the miniatures will be paid together with 50% of the project. We will always try to get the lowest price for your purchase.

Once the project has started, the money entered will not be returned if it is developed at any of its points. The initial deposit (50% of the budget) will only be returned when the models or materials have been purchased and they have not yet started any phase of the project. Any extra cost due to the return of the miniatures will be assumed by the buyer prior notice.

Throughout the commissioning process, all types of audiovisual files required will be provided in great quantity, such as photographs or videos of all the miniatures to be painted, in the same way that the photos or video of the final result will be delivered. Once the approval is given by the client, the project will be considered finished and returns will not be accepted.

BUDGET

If you require a price guide, we have tables with which to guide you in the final price of the budget. You can see it in each of the services sections.

If you want to request a specific quote and you are clear about what you need, you can fill out our quote request form on the contact page. If you require guidance with any of our services or place a large order, you can contact us through our contact form.

Once we receive the budget, we can make all the modifications until we adjust to your needs.

Purchase of the models

Two options available:

– You provide us with the thumbnails

– We take care of buying them

We do not charge any commission for the purchase of the miniatures, we only add their cost to the budget. We are not responsible for increased delivery times due to delays in shipping miniatures.

COMMISSION COMPLETED

When we finish the order we will send you a photo gallery so that you can give us the FINAL OK. After paying the remaining 50% we will send the miniatures.

After a period of 60 days after the end of the project and without paying the rest of the total, we will assume that the miniatures are the property of Art-W Studio.

If you think it will take longer due to a work trip or any inconvenience that has arisen, let us know, we will find a solution.

PAYMENT

We accept payments by bank transfer, PayPal and cash.

The full payment of the order must be made before the shipment of the miniatures, including shipping costs and last minute changes, customs, etc. Of course, you will always be informed of these expenses in advance by us.

Remember that the final payment must be made within a maximum period of 60 days from when we send the final images of the project. Otherwise, after 60 days, the miniatures will become the property of Art-W Studio.

RESPONSIBILITY

As long as the miniatures are in our studios, we are the ones who take responsibility for them. From the moment they leave our facilities or come, Art-W Studio is not responsible for what may happen to them.

However, if any problem arises with the state in which you receive your miniatures, we will be happy to help and advise you through any of the means of communication that we offer and 100% free of charge.

SHIPPING

The cost of shipments varies depending on the final size of the package. This will be reported before shipping and will be included in the final price. We always send by certified courier, with a tracking number so that you can see where the package is going at all times.

You can also always opt for the collection in our studio.

PACKAGING AND PROTECTION

We pack and protect the miniatures with great care, individually and using suitable material: boxes suitable for shipments, miniatures individually wrapped with bubble wrap, immobilized with insulating material. The box is completely sealed on all its edges.

LEFTOVER COMPONENTS OR BITS

The remaining pieces of the dies are not returned, unless expressly requested by the client.

DEADLINES

When you approve the budget, you will be assigned start and end dates for the project, and we commit to complying with them. In the same way, we cannot contemplate or take responsibility for delivery times. As soon as we finish the project, it will be ready to be picked up by the studio. In case of delivery, we will proceed to do it in the following 24/48 working hours.

YOU SEND US THE MINIATURES

If you decide to send the miniatures yourself, please make sure they travel well protected. Ideally, you should wrap the models individually in 1-2 layers of bubble wrap like a roll and then flatten the different models into the space in the box, avoiding leaving any empty gaps in which they can oscillate. Once all the models are in place, fill in any remaining spaces with more bubble wrap or any soft material that offers cushioning and minimizes movement. As for the box, it reinforces all the sides well to prevent it from opening. If for whatever reason it deteriorates along the way, we fix it. If it is small waste, it will not have any type of cost, after half an hour of work, it will be charged for the repair of the rest of the models after prior notice and approval by the client.

DISCLAIMERS AND PRECAUTIONS

We reserve the right to modify a budget that has been prepared incorrectly due to spelling, syntax, wrong accounts, or of any other nature. Always under duly justified reasons. In turn, we also reserve the right to reject orders for justified decisions and to cancel orders for duly justified reasons.

All the brands that we sell and/or paint and name belong to the companies that have the registration of their property.
