Infinity Nomads
Color and paint schemes
The client wanted to restore and unify his entire army under Corvus Belli’s classic red and black scheme, and that’s what we did, piece by piece.
We started by carefully stripping all the paint off with surgical precision. When some miniatures came apart during the process, we finished them off with clean, solid assemblies. From there, we set about renovating the bases, which we designed with a simple urban aesthetic consistent with the Infinity background, providing a nice contrast to the intense colors of the figures. Both the miniatures and the bases are ornate level, without any extra effects that would break the clean aesthetic of the whole.
The Infinity Nomads army has such varied pieces as the Szalamandra, the Vostok, Zonds, Kriza Borak, Bandits, Fast Panda, Crazy Koala, Mary Problems… an lineup that demands attention to detail, as no two figures are alike. In addition, we added the detail of the “mercenaries” with a black and yellow scheme to highlight their independent character.
Everything is painted with precision and consistency, and although the overall scheme is shared, each figure has its own personality. It is one of those projects that forces us to bring out the best in our craft: restoring, assembling, planning, and painting to a level that stands up to close inspection.

Customer briefing
Lost Miniatures, Recovered Glories
This Infinity Nomads project came to us through word of mouth. The client knew us from social media, and after seeing several of our previous projects on Infinity, he decided to write to us. He told us that he had a complete army of Nomads… or at least, he used to. Now it was in a rather complicated state: miniatures with old paint, loose pieces, damaged bases. He wanted to give it a second life and was looking for a result that would live up to Corvus Belli’s classic red and black scheme.
From the first message, it was clear: he wanted us to restore the entire army and make it visually stunning, without extreme effects or dirtying the whole thing. No weathering, blood, or wear and tear. Just a clean paint job, with OSL where it really added something. In addition, he had two special miniatures—two mercenaries—that he wanted to stand out with their own scheme: black and yellow, in contrast to the rest of the army.
The commission included paint removal, assembly, base renovation, and comprehensive painting. And although it seemed simple when described, we knew that the volume and variety of miniatures would require precise, almost surgical work.

The Color of Insurrection: Red, Black, and Determination
The process with this army of Infinity Nomads was as meticulous as it was exciting. We started with the basics: removing the previous paint, which in many cases hid very fine details. When we stripped the paint, some miniatures fell apart, so we carefully rebuilt them, making sure that each component was perfectly assembled.
Once everything was clean and assembled, we focused on the design of the bases. We opted for a simple urban style, very Infinity, which complemented the red and black scheme without stealing the limelight. We painted in small batches so we could control the detail and maintain the coherence of the whole.
Throughout the process, we maintained constant communication with the client, sending daily photos of the progress. This allowed us to validate each stage, adjust nuances, and ensure that the result was in line with what they expected.
The variety of miniatures made each day different: working on the Gator is not the same as working on a Crazy Koala or a Tomcat. And that, far from complicating things, made the project dynamic and very enriching. Seeing how each piece regained its character was the best indicator that we were on the right track.
