Blood Angels 40K
Color and paint schemes
We rarely have the opportunity to devote an entire project to the Blood Angels, and even less so to their most noble guard. This commission led us to paint the Sanguinor and six Sanguinary Guards, the golden heart of the chapter. The entire set was worked on at a premium level.
In addition to painting the miniatures, we did the assembly and custom 3D elements, taking care with each fit so as not to break the dynamic proportions of the miniatures.
This work, despite its apparent simplicity in terms of numbers, reminded us what it means to pay attention to detail and respect the visual heritage of one of the most legendary factions of the Empire.

Customer briefing
Guardians of Gold and Blood
The client, familiar with our style, asked us for a premium treatment that combined fidelity to the background with the technical excellence of the studio.
His briefing was clear: “I want the miniatures to look exactly as they should in Baal, without any additions or reinterpretations.” Impeccable gilding, ivory wings, and glowing gems. The Warhammer bases, meanwhile, had to convey a ceremonial setting.
He also requested that all the work be done by a single painter to ensure absolute uniformity between miniatures, something we rigorously respected throughout the process.

General picture of the project Premium
Honor Among Wings
This project was developed in a linear and methodical manner. From the outset, we agreed that a single painter would be responsible for everything, thus ensuring consistency in tone, light, and texture.
We began by assembling and integrating the bits onto the bases. Next, we applied a gold base modulated with ochre glazes and violet shadows to create depth. The wings and weapons were worked on in parallel, balancing the overall temperature.
The process was clean, without major complications, but with the constant demand for premium quality. The final review included micro-adjustments to the brightness of the gems, cold lights on the edges, and photographic consistency checks before final QC.
