We have completed the assembly of miniatires and painting of a Militarum Blooded Traitor Guard Kill Team from start to finish for our client. Following the aesthetics of the Dark Gods loyalists with some adaptations and our signature aesthetics, these Chaos worshippers ready for our client’s Kill Team tournament look bloodthirsty and ferocious.
The Warhammer project has been fully painted to our Ornate level, including the miniature bases, and no modifications or conversions have been made to the assembly.
With a good dose of battle damage we have added realism to this KT band that looks amazing on tabletop. The use of rust, chipping and brutal blood splatter… creates a combination that is impossible to ignore and highlights the brutality and bloodthirstiness of these traitors.

I need a KT band for a tournament
Ever since I heard about the Blooded Traitor Guard Kill Team, I knew I had to have them and that you would be the artists to paint them. Your previous work was awesome and I had no doubt that this time it would be just as good, if not better. I love each of the units, but the Mutant Ogryn is simply spectacular and I wish you guys would devote a little more attention to it to bring out its uniqueness. I’m excited to see how this project will look in your hands.
I want the paint scheme to reflect the brutality of these assassins, who were once soldiers of the Astra Militarum, but have now rebelled against the Imperium to follow the promises of power offered by the Chaos Gods. I want them to look full of battle damage, blood splattered and any kind of attrition you can imagine.

Daily follow-up of the project, The blooded traitor guard
Once we had the scheme clear, we just had to adjust the colors a bit to the palettes we use in our studio and add our unique touch, keeping the essence of Chaos.
After several color tests and with everything ready, we started to bring the Blooded to life. It was one of the first projects we did with this faction, so it was quite an adventure for us. Really, these models are fascinating and look great once they are painted.
