Void Tridents
Color and paint schemes
This project brought us back to working with the Void Tridents, continuing an army that had previously passed through our workshops.
The painting was approached as a combination of Game and Ornate levels, while we kept all the bases at the Game level. We also handled assembly, magnetization, and 3D work as part of the project.
The result maintains a very distinct common identity even with such a varied selection of units.

Customer briefing
From the Depths to the Battlefield
The briefing laid out a very clear outline: blue armor and white shoulder pads for the entire army.
Based on that combination, we had to tackle a very diverse lineup, which included relatively simple miniatures alongside veterans, imposing characters, and large vehicles.
In addition to painting, we had assembly, magnetization, and 3D work on the table. The main challenge, therefore, was not to find a new artistic direction, but precisely the opposite: to make all the new units look as though they had been part of the same army from the very beginning.

General picture of the project Game & Ornate
In shades of blue, white, and gold
We began by airbrushing all the bases in a single phase. Once this initial common phase was complete, we divided the miniatures among the team’s painters and began the brushwork.
Here, each unit began to take on its own personality through shoulder pads, metal parts, weapons, fabrics, ornamentation, and other details, while always staying true to the army’s overall scheme.
This workflow allowed us to separate two distinct needs: working together to produce the parts that needed to be identical, and then devoting individual attention to each miniature.

The whole process has been an absolute pleasure. What really stands out to me is the communication with the Art-W team.
